With experience spanning classroom teaching, instructional coaching, and leading professional development at Breakthrough Miami, Carell blends subject mastery with the ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse learner needs. She is recognized for fostering trust, sparking dialogue, and inspiring educators to implement meaningful change.
Tasha Edmonds, M.Ed
TRAINING manager
Tasha Edmonds, M.Ed. in Education and Social Change, brings transformative leadership to youth development as Director of Fellowship & Volunteer Programs at Breakthrough Miami.
With expertise in curriculum, instruction, and talent development, she champions a people-first philosophy where human potential always takes precedence over bureaucratic processes. Leading programs that support 1,700 scholars across South Florida, Tasha creates dynamic learning ecosystems through innovative training, comprehensive system design, and a collaborative approach that empowers educators and volunteers.
Known for her ability to blend strategic organizational management with deep pedagogical insight, she develops robust programs that nurture both individual growth and collective impact in educational settings.
